This policy applies to growwithfootprint.com and to the services Footprint provides to clients, including our CRM, our lead data, our compliance scrubber, our automation layer and our AI studio. It covers everyone whose information we handle: site visitors, people who request an audit or a demo, and the customers our clients message through the systems we operate.

We collect the information you give us and the basics of how our site is used:

Contact details you submit — your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you type into a form, such as a request for the free audit or the text-me demo.

Message content — the texts and calls that flow through the systems we operate for clients, along with recordings, transcripts and summaries where those features are on, so leads and jobs can be tracked properly.

Usage data — pages visited, approximate device and browser information, and standard analytics events, used to keep the site working and improving.

We use the information we hold to: respond to your requests, such as delivering the free audit or the demo text; provide and improve the services we run for clients; operate the follow-up, booking, review and reporting features our clients depend on; and, where you have agreed, send you occasional updates from Footprint.

We keep every use tied to the reason the information arrived with us in the first place, and we hold client data and prospect data separately so each account's information stays its own.

When you give us your mobile number on a form — or opt in through a client's form that our systems operate — you agree to receive text messages from Footprint, or from that client's business, about the request you made.

Here is the whole deal in plain language: you opt in by submitting the form with the consent box checked; reply STOP to opt out at any time and the messages end, with future texts suppressed automatically; reply HELP for help and you will get the support contact; message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan; and message frequency varies with the conversation — a demo, a follow-up, a reminder or a review request.

We never share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Texting works over a carrier-registered number under the carriers' A2P 10DLC requirements, which is part of why the opt-in language above looks the way it does.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — messaging and email delivery, analytics, hosting and CRM infrastructure — under contracts that limit what they can do with it. We also share what the law requires, such as a valid legal process, and we say so when we can.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it running and to understand which pages help business owners. Where analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they measure visits and conversions — for example, so we can tell Meta which leads became customers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and the site keeps working when you decline the optional ones.

We keep personal information for as long as the reason it arrived still stands — an open conversation, an active client account, a legal requirement — and then we delete or anonymize it.

In the meantime it is protected with access controls, encryption in transit and the least-access principle: people see only what their role requires. No system is perfect, and if anything ever goes wrong we will tell the affected people promptly and plainly.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose — a quick email to info@growwithfootprint.com starts the process, and we respond within a reasonable window.

For text messages, the fastest path is always replying STOP — it works automatically and immediately. You can also reply HELP for support or contact us directly.

When we update this policy, the new version goes up on this page with a fresh date at the bottom, and material changes get flagged in the text so returning readers can spot them quickly.
