We're not
consultants.
We're builders.
Footprint was born from a simple frustration: local businesses deserved better than the agencies they were paying. Plans without execution. Retainers without results. We built the alternative.
The real
reason we built this.
I watched my parents try to navigate Medicare and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Two people who worked their whole lives, who did everything right — and the system that was supposed to protect them was so confusing, so layered in fine print and phone trees, that they almost didn't get what they were entitled to. That stayed with me. It lit something. I realized the problem wasn't that people didn't deserve help. The problem was that the systems around them were built for people with teams and lawyers and time — not for regular families just trying to make it.
That experience changed how I work. I stopped pitching. I started listening. When you actually sit down with a business owner and shut up long enough to hear what's keeping them up at night, you realize it's never really about the product. It's about the weight. The follow-ups that fell through. The leads that went cold. The Saturday mornings spent doing paperwork instead of being a dad. I built Footprint because I kept meeting brilliant people — plumbers, electricians, insurance agents, HVAC guys — who were world-class at their craft and completely underwater running their business. That gap isn't a talent problem. It's a systems problem. And systems can be fixed.
Local businesses are the backbone of this country. Not brands. Not franchises. The guy who showed up at your house at 7pm when your AC went out. The woman who opened a shop on Main Street and hired your neighbor's kid. These people deserve the same unfair advantages that big companies pay consultants millions to build. When we give those tools to local businesses, families win. When families win, communities win. That's the whole thing. That's why we exist.
The builders
behind the results.
Alston Ebron
Co-Founder
Insurance agency owner turned marketing systems builder. Alston knows what local business owners actually need — not theory, not templates, but systems that generate revenue while they run their business.
Michael Palombo
Co-Founder
The closer. Michael spent years watching good businesses fail because they couldn't communicate their value. At Footprint, his job is making sure every client we work with never has that problem again.
Our beliefs.
Non-negotiable.
We don't take on clients we can't make famous.
We only work with businesses we genuinely believe in. If we don't think we can get you results, we'll tell you upfront.
You own everything. Always.
Your website, your CRM, your contacts, your content. We build it in your accounts. Nothing is held hostage.
Results are the only metric that matters.
Not impressions. Not followers. Not traffic. Leads. Booked calls. Revenue. That's what we're accountable to.
Speed beats perfection. Every time.
A good system live in 4 weeks beats a perfect system live in 4 months. We move fast. We iterate. We win.
Most businesses do not need everything. They need the right thing first. We look at your visibility, website, lead flow, follow-up, and tracking — then show you where growth is leaking.
No black boxes. No fluff. Just results.
